Pre-conference consultation

Your pre-conference Zoom consult will allow us to get to know each other better, making the dreaded “getting-in-front-of-the-camera” sooo much easier.  We’ll talk about who you are as an artist, how you want to show up, and cover what to wear and all the finer details.

The shoot

At your chosen session time, we’ll spend 30 minutes together on-site at the Double Tree Hilton Dockside, capturing some epic headshots that will get you standing out from the crowd.

Whether you are looking for a simple studio backdrop or something truly unique to you, there are a myriad of different locations in and around the hotel to choose from.

We’ll spend a relaxed, fun session together capturing imagery that will boost your confidence AND provide you with a range of different headshots to truly create your own unique presence in the market.

After your shoot

Your sparkly new headshot images will be reviewed, the very best selected, retouched and edited and you’ll receive a link to select your favourites to download and share with the world.

Got Questions?

How long will the headshot session last?

Your headshot session will last for 30 mins.  We’ll have time to capture lots of different options for you to choose from.

Do I have to have hair and make up?

The choice is yours, it’s an option that you select as an ‘add on’ during the booking process.  So if you want to arrive ‘ready to go’ then that is absolutely no problem.

How long will hair and make up take?

If you choose to have your hair and make up done with your session please make sure you allow an hour on top of your 30 minute photoshoot.

Will you edit my images?

Yes! After your session I’ll review all the images we capture and select the very best to save you time and then edit and retouch them, so you’ll only see the very best version of yourself.

When will my images be ready?

You will be sent a link to view your gallery 7 days after the conference.

What should I wear?

During your pre-shoot consultation, we’ll discuss all the finer details of what you’d love from your images and I’ll provide you with lots of inspiration about to wear so that when the day comes you are fully prepared.

Can I add images to my chosen package if I like more?

Absolutely! We’ve created a variety of packaging to suit different budgets and needs. You can always add images or upgrade your package once you have seen the finished result.

Can I get a refund?

Photoshoot – Once you have booked your session, you can request a refund up to 7 days before OVC begins when we are able to refund the photoshoot package fee less at £25 administration fee.

Hair and makeup – unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund for hair and make up booked as we will be securing the MUAs time ahead of the day.
