How it works
First things first…
Secure your headshot session date/time and pick the package that works for your budget before you attend the One Voice Conference.
The shoot
At your chosen session time, we’ll spend 30 minutes together on-site at the Crowne Plaza Stratford-Upon-Avon, capturing some epic headshots that will get you standing out from the crowd.
Whether you are looking for a simple studio backdrop or something truly unique to you, there are a myriad of different locations in and around the hotel to choose from.
We’ll spend a relaxed, fun session together capturing imagery that will boost your confidence AND provide you with a range of different headshots to truly create your own unique presence in the market.
After your shoot
Your sparkly new headshot images will be reviewed, the very best selected, retouched and edited and you’ll receive a link to select your favourites to download and share with the world.

How long will the headshot session last?
Your headshot session will last for 30 mins. We’ll have time to capture lots of different options for you to choose from.
Will you edit my images?
Yes! After your session I’ll review all the images we capture and select the very best to save you time and then edit and retouch them, so you’ll only see the very best version of yourself.
When will my images be ready?
You will be sent a link to view your gallery 7 days after the conference.
What should I wear?
During your pre-shoot consultation, we’ll discuss all the finer details of what you’d love from your images and I’ll provide you with lots of inspiration about to wear so when the day comes you are fully prepared.
Can I add images to my chosen package if I like more?
Absolutely! We’ve created a variety of packages to suit different budgets and needs. You can always add images or upgrade your package once you have seen the finished result.
Can I get a refund?
Once you have booked your session, you can request a refund up to 7 days before OVC begins when we can refund the photoshoot package fee less at $35 administration fee
